Equal parts deep investigation and quirked-up monotony, the television show Twin Peaks follows the seemingly mundane lives of some up-north townspeople as they continue to somewhat unwittingly live out their stories amid the metaphysical.
Both surrealist and spiritual, David Lynch’s foray into television is not only a time-machine to a bygone realm but also a prescription for living amid the destruction of modernity.
